When Julianne McElroy’s late husband developed Stevens-Johnson Syndrome in 2012 and died five years later, she mobilized her pain into a successful company serving others. In 2015 she formed Lifespring, leading and educating those with health issues, mental health issues, and other stressors that plague many people and to coach executives and their companies. This has been even more relevant in light of recent circumstances in our world.

As a certified human behaviorist, leadership expert, and single mother of four, McElroy has implemented wellness practices into her everyday life and aims to help those wanting to be healthy, to have her proprietary path, using qualified information, to best succeed holistically with their mind, health, and life.  Using her knowledge of natural remedies, and frequency healing, McElroy has broadened her reach from families like hers to executives and corporations.

McElroy sees the traumatic experiences she’s endured, not just as an emotional burden, but also as wisdom, “so that our suffering serves a greater purpose,” she explains. Her use of frequency devices, essential oils, aromatherapy, subconscious blockage and trauma release, and other naturally-derived resources has helped her form new bonds and grow her business. She is now heavily involved in the tech, packaging, and solar industries and in coaching businesses in the development of wellness products.  McElroy emphasizes how important it is for a woman to be thriving in “very male-dominated industries.”  She also encourages other women to join the tech, packaging, or solar fields, challenging themselves to find prosperity in times of hardship.

Her company partners with major investors, developers and other industry experts to stretch the horizons of her mission. Through this collaboration, McElroy is able to gain new business as well as generate business for the companies with which she consults.  She privately educates many individuals and families who are pursuing health and well-being by sharing nearly two decades of carefully curated, qualified education, in the most supportive way possible, to help them reach their desired goals.

An advocate for widows, she founded the nonprofit Simply Show Up to assist widows with children.  She currently hosts workshops for these vulnerable families in their grief and loss, raising up leaders to do the same.  Her ultimate goal, having seen her mom become a young widow and then becoming an even younger one, is to have land for a camp for kids who’ve lost a parent for council, wisdom, and to regain their lost childhood and to have rescue homes for widows with kids. Ultimately supporting these families in loss through the support of their communities helps to protect them and keep the family missing a crucial member to stay together.
